Use of service

Wellness Labs supplies research-use compounds. By using the service you confirm you are at least 21 years of age and that any products you purchase are for research and educational purposes only. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Eligibility & verification

Catalog access is reserved for verified researchers and clinics. We may request supporting documentation prior to fulfilling any order. We reserve the right to refuse orders at our discretion.

Pricing & payment

Prices are quoted in AED and exclude VAT unless stated. Payment is collected at the time of order via the available gateways or via cash on delivery (subject to qualification). We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time without notice; orders placed before the change are honoured at the original price.

Delivery

Delivery is provided within the UAE. Estimated transit times are indicative and not guaranteed. Cold-chain shipments are dispatched with appropriate insulation; the customer is responsible for accepting the parcel within the estimated window.

Liability

Our total liability to you for any claim arising in connection with the service is capped at the amount you paid us for the order to which the claim relates.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
