Refund & Returns

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or contains an incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@uaewellnesslab.com with photographs and your order number. We will replace the affected items or refund the order at our discretion.

Change of mind

Due to the nature of research-use compounds, we do not accept returns for change of mind once an order has been dispatched. Orders that have not yet been dispatched can be cancelled in full.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Cash-on-delivery refunds are paid by bank transfer to an account in the customer's name.
