What we collect

Account information (name, email, phone number), order information (items purchased, delivery address), and standard web analytics (page views, device type, approximate location). We do not collect government identifiers, biometric data, or browsing history beyond our own site.

How we use it

To process orders, deliver goods, comply with UAE customs and tax authorities, and improve the service. We do not sell personal data. We may share order information with delivery couriers, payment processors, and accounting providers strictly as required to fulfil your order.

Cookies & analytics

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in, and consent-gated analytics (PostHog) to understand how the service is used. You can decline analytics via the cookie banner; the session cookie is required for sign-in and cannot be disabled while signed in.

Retention

Account and order data is retained for the duration of UAE bookkeeping requirements (5 years after the relevant tax period). You may request deletion of marketing data at any time.
